scores him with a single and shell and Roeder ground out.

COACHING COMMENTS:
Unfortunately, the umpires made a difference in this
gam when they misinterpreted the rules late in the game when
Elko batted out of order. However, we should not have put
ourselves in the situation where that would make a difference.
As a team we hit the ball well (18-36) and Tyler and Nick
had three hits each while Joey had four. However, we left
too many runners in scoring position to earn a win. Situation
hitting and defense has been the key over the past several
games so we need somebody to step up and come through on defense
or offense in critical points of the game.
